MY VIDEOCON D2H CONSUMER NO. IS 21913787 by the name of Sanjay Kumar
My videocon D2H not working from past 2 months
Whenever I call to customer care, I got answer that I have recharge with less amount because of that some channel s have stopped.
I have seen only news channels for 2 months .
This time I phoned to customer care before recharge my A/c. then I got reply to recharge with Rs. 320
After recharge with this amount the channel condition was same, so I again phoned to customer care than they asked for technician visit & demand for Rs 200.
When technician came to my home he told me that the setup box not working properly so I have to change it. With Rs. 779.
I told that the set up box changed before 1 year so it was capacity for 1 year only. Anyway I agreed for change. After 4 days the new remote control stopped working & now we are not able to watch TV.
Videocon D2H every time demanding the Technician visit charge but they never mind how the people working in the field how they resolving the problem.
Any time these people can stop the service Channels.
It is very difficult to use Videocon D2H Services Is is totally illegal. Plz help me to solve the issue.
