I ordered a Kolar Polyester Adults Washable Net Single Bed Mosquito Net from Flipkart.It was defective, I couldn’t close it.So I request for return.They accepted my return request.But as the product could not be folded, the delivery executive refused to pick it up.I complained in Flipkart customer care, they told me that now return option is not available only replacement can be given.But I want a return.
