I have purchased a Pigeon cookware set on 4th of August. Payment done in full with my debit card. I got an information on my email stating that the product will be delivered on Aug, 5 between 9 AM to 1 PM. I did not get any information for the delivery agents number on email or through text. When I tried to track my order on Amazon App it shows delivery cancelled by the customer. I did not received any call from the delivery agent. I called Amazon and they provided a number and 4 digit pin but the delivery person said that the order is not with him. My order number is – 403-9023150-8390748. I called again on Amazon toll free number and the agent told me that the product was defective and that’s why it was returned from the delivery facility. You can hear the call from your side as all the calls are recorded in Amazon. Please tell me when the order is out for delivery then how can the product be deflective. I got no update on my order after that. Please review the case and help me with the possible options.
