I ordered a suitcase from Amazon. I was waiting for it and when i checked the status it is showing as cancelled and they are saying they sent the order to wrong carrier by mistake. Now the product is higher by around 2000 rs. I ordered for 3300 and it is 5200 now. Neither they are giving ne the product nor differential amount. They are saying order for higher amount. Please help me i need the product but paying 2000 extra for there mistake is not fair. Please help me
