Text of Complaint by Biswaranjan Nayak:

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a payment made for an Aquaguard product on 19th June. At that time, the transaction was successfully completed, and the amount of ₹12,748/- was deducted from my account.

However, the order was not placed successfully, and I did not receive any product delivery ID or confirmation message. Since then, I have not received my refund.

I have also contacted my bank, and they confirmed that the refund was processed in June but the same amount was debited again later, so the money has not been credited back to me.

When I contacted your customer care team, they asked for the product delivery ID, but I do not have it since the order itself was not created.

Kindly look into this matter urgently and help me resolve the issue. I can provide payment transaction details, bank statement, or screenshots if required.
