Text of Complaint by Iven Massey:

I order the syska power bank but I received the ambrane one which was damaged,, used and not working so I request for the replacement the delivery person first did not gave the product and run away again I request fro the replacement the delivery person denied to give the replacement product and from last 3 month I m waiting fro the product or the refund but till now I didn’t receive the product or refund also my account has been blacklist from the Flipkart what should I do if the seller is not sending the product they delivered the empty box what should I do I have gave the money. I want the Solution from the Flipkart and my account should be opened and call from the Flipkart grievance team at any how
