On Sunday, 17th May 2020, a recharge of rupees 598 was done on the number 8159941709. The pack offered 1.5 GB data per day for 84 days as well as unlimited calls and 100 sms per day.
The problem is the user did not receive the mentioned services instead the sim shows that it will receive 1 GB per day for 28 days as well as unlimited calls and 100 sms per day which is the pack available for a recharge of rupees 219, therefore the user did not get the pack which was paid for even when there was no inconvenience during the time when recharge was done.
I hope that you will look into the matter so that the user can have the pack which was paid for.
