Greetings of the day. Hope you are doing well.
I have this request to you regarding my One Airtel Plan: Two Mobile Numbers and DTH
1. I have Ported from Idea Postpaid number: 9505845588 to Airtel One Family Plan with another Airtel Prepaid number: 9885845588.
2.. 9505845588 (PORTed from Idea Postpaid to Airtel One Plan)
3. 9885845588 {This was Hutch-Vodafone number and PORTed to Airtel Prepaid on 15-07-2014) And Changed from Airtel Prepaid to Postpaid with this Airtel One Plan.
4. Id: 10101010374414
5. One Airtel Plan started on 23-07-2020.
Problems:
1. I have been having trouble with incoming calls and incoming messages. Many times called Customer care and store. Now some of them tell me my number is not in the Airtel Network, some wrote me to contact Airtel store with ID to get the number. Some wrote to me that my problem is solved. Some others wrote to me that the problem is in my Handset…so I get different mails from 121@in.airtel.com
2. I have been suffering a lot with this problem and I am not able to do my Bank transactions, not getting OTPs, not able to login emails which need OTPs.
3. It is very hurting me and wasting my time. And my number is a Public number and people can not call me.
4. It has been a lot of inconvenience for me in many ways. So please solve my problem with your kindness.
