I made a flight booking from new delhi to kyiv with travelgenio and got a confirmation that my booking was confirmed. After this I received a mail saying that there was error with the transaction so i need to send the last 4 digits of card and the passport copy of the card holder so that the payment can be confirmed. After doing as they said i was told on the phone call that everything is good and the documents matched the security protocol and I’ll get my ticket within 24hrs. Next day I received a mail saying that my booking is canceled and refund will be processed within 24-48 hrs. Its been almost 2 days I haven’t received any refund and neither are they now recognising my booking reference no on the customer service.
