When I make video calls, it connects, but I cannot see/watch the other person to whom I called, but he can see me. A message “PREVIEW LOADING” is continuously shown on the screen and after 2-3 seconds all of a sudden video call is disconnected & it switched to audio call. I lodged two times complaints thru’ No. 18008969999 vide Complaints Nos. SR0000269K7P & SR0000269ANFM dtd. 25.12.24 & 26.12.24 respectively. But till writing/lodging this complaint no one attend my complaint. When I contact the above No., they simply ask some information & raise complaints as mentioned above. Now earnestly I request your good self to kindly look into my complaint/problem & to solve the issue at the earliest.
