Text of Complaint by Raghu Panchakarla:

I purchased Midea dishwasher through Flipkart on 25th March 2021, product delivered on 26th March 2021 and Installation and Demo scheduled on 30th March 2021—Till today it is not done

As installation or demo is not done till 30th March 2021. I complained on this issue to Flipkart on 30th March 2021, they said before 5th April 2021 it will be done and update the same in the website where I can the message in my accounts help centre of Flipkart

 

On 1st April @ 10:55AM I received a call from Midea associate he said he will come to install any time today but I requested to inform me an hour before so that I will plan accordingly to get the plumber ready to do any plumbing work, he said ok, after noon around 2 PM he called me to check the location, I shared the location in WhatsApp, again he confirmed that he will come before evening , later around 2:45 PM he called me to check if I required any Stand for Rs 1700 or cover for Rs 400 I said I don’t need. At 3 PM he called me and informed that it is not his service area. I questioned him then why you said ok after sharing the location, then he said I will come on Saturday  3rd April 2021. I assume it is not as expected, so I informed the same to Flipkart, after few minutes , I received a call from Flipkart and said that they will send someone for installation immediately , I said I am going out you can send someone after an hour.  But no one reached me on 1st April 2021.

 

On 2nd April 2021  2 associates from Midea called  and  after I informed the location they said  it is not our service location, I communicated the same to Flipkart again, Flipkart  said it will resolve in 24 to 48 Hours, but 48 Hours is over and my problem is not resolved, but every day I am receiving a call from Flipkart to check the status and they are communicating that “it will be done don’t worry , give your feedback on this call” not sure what feedback I need to give without addressing the issue.

 

On 3rd April my installation and demo request is showing as cancelled , when I checking with Flipkart they said it is updated by Midea. Not sure how other than me cancel my service request?

 

I am not sure whose problem is this, it is Midea or Flipkart but I am taking the pain. 12 days of warranty is already over ….. Flipkart said they will extend the warranty , can I get the confirmation on this, as of now it is only oral?.

Nothing is happen towards my problem till today 5th April 2021, other than calling me and troubling me to check the status every day and wasting my time and rather than that they can check with Midea to get the installation to do.

 

Today all the days of messages in the Flipkart is updated by Flipkart with 6th April 2021 but the update time stamp is respective date and time of  I approached , it seems they are trying to cheat the system or consumers.

 

It is really a pain for following up and answering the calls  and repeating the same message again and again and listening the same messages again and again.

Can you please check on this and provide a solution and resolution for my issue/trouble as soon as possible.
