Dear Sir,
Undersigned have opted for family infinity plan (Rs 1199) recently and added following nos.
8093391691-spouse
8126272886-mother
9897149208-father
But since then, on phone no 9897149208-Father’s, there has been no internet connectivity till date. I had approached to nearest Airtel Store several times but no success. Even though the SIM CARD has also been changed by the AIRTEL STORE thrice but still no success. The handset was also upgraded to new 4G handset i.e. OPPO A5 but still no success. The issue has been pending since many months and I am really frustrated now as no resolution has been done by AIRTEL till now. Request you to kindly look into the matter and revert back with solution.
