Sir, I have ordered a jeans from flipkart but received a different jeans on 27th of feb since then I have tried multiple time’s to customer care but only got false hope of product get picked up in 24 hours all the time.It been 20 days of me getting mental pressure to return a product.I have been a flipkart’s plus member for 1 year and I was satisfied by your services till now. I am sharing some details in attachment.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
