On the 15th of January, 2023, I received an order mentioning TRULYFAB Solid Single Breasted Party, Wedding Blazer (Order No.” OD427044065344174100) worth Rs 2000/-
I was assured more than 30 to 40 times that my order would be picked up for return, but it has passed two months, and my issue persists. Customer care is now troubling me, saying this time, your issue will definitely resolve, and you will get a refund as soon as the order is picked up, but within one or two days, I get a notification that your return request has been cancelled. Moreover, the pickup person is completely denied to take it back.
I was shocked to see this kind of behaviour…
Apart from this, I have wasted hours over the phone resolving this issue.
