hi, This is to inform you that we purchased Red Mi Note 5 Pro mobile from Vendor Flipkart online and have logged a complaint for exchanging an item (Red Mi Note 5 Pro) for the Order No.: 113629201112907000. There is a problem in phone it is not started. We tried all the steps of troubleshooting and had a conversation with one of flipkart technical/field engineer person. they are agreed that this manufacturer defect. but no response from flip cart. We order on 13 october2018 order get delivered in wrong address on 17 october 2018. we got on 19 October 2018 in packed condition. we comlain on 20 october 2018. tech person vist on 21 october 2018 and confirm the defect. tech person again visit on 22 october and confirm the defect. tech person again visit on 24 october and confirm the defect. we have 10 days replacement guarantee. But flipkart not give any response.
