I am Geetanjali Bhattacharjee and I have a previous Flipkart account and I have forgot my password of my previous account. I called your customer care but your every customer care say that I have to give my ID proof for verification. Why will I give my confidential detail to you for one small work and why are you making it complex. Can’t even solve a simple problem. Shameful
