Text of Complaint by Chipothung:

My recharge of Rs.98 i had done on 6 June had some problems like unavailability to check my balance through dialing ussd codes but the balance was shown on the Airtel app.And recently i had a recharge of Rs.49 to increase it’s validity before expiration but it didn’t had any effect and expired so it’s a great loss of money and i want a solution for this problem or else i might have to shift to a new company sim.
