I booked a bus from chennai to vizag on 14/9/23 with sks logistics. Just before 10 mins of departure we got a msg that bus is not going. Then he arranged in another bus but we have booked a sleeper berth but he gave a seat. Also he didn’t give that balance amount of seat and sleeper. No proper response from travels and very rude behavior. Pls help me in this issue.
