Good Evening,
I am vikram Patel, I have applied for a loan on a private application called ”Eulavt Loan” on play store with rating 4.6, on the date of 31/05/2022. The amount for loan is 7000/- rs only but in that case they only given me credit amount of 3850/- rs only.
Five days later they are charging me for my loan with full amount of 7000/- without giving me remaining amount of money on my account. For that concern I have submitted amount of 3850/- and 1000/- rs for NOC and registration charges.
After that they are blaming me for not paying full amount and giving me some threats regarding my all mobile data and number to use inappropriately, and hacked my mobile so far.
After that I am shocked and worried about my account details that are added with online merchant account and my relatives number.
Then I format my mobile phone and told my contacts that some hackers attacked my phone for bad purpose.
It’s been 8 days since that situation, today I have installed WhatsApp messenger to check any message, then I saw a message with foreign number that they want their Money back,
I am shocked again and switched off my phone.
It’s my whole situation, please help me regarding any solution. I have also submitted a cyber crime report which is still pending.
