I took a loan of 12k couldn’t pay because of the financial crisis lost job and and now I got notice stating I need to pay 36k that too within a span of 3 months. Calling and harassing all my contact details and forwarding the legal notice. Kindly take strict action as they are not following the RBI guidance.
