Airtel in their recharge details/ scheme had indicated free prime video membership for 28 days against recharge of Rs.349. However, last two months, I had recharged with Rs. 349, but have been denied access as When I tried to activate Prime Video Membership from Airtel Thanks page in Airtel App, error is displayed. I raised complaint to Airtel Customer Care….but no response fro Airtel.
