On July 4th I signed up for a free 30 day membership for amazon prime. On July 25 my credit was charged 13.77 for amazon prime. Which clearly is not 30 days. I thought I signed for the money to be taken out monthly. Then on August 4th my debit card was charged $126.14 for Amazon prime. So I need to know if I signed up for prime membership on my credit card or authorized amazon to debit money out of my account. Also how can they charge me on July 27 when clearly I was in my thirty day free trial. Amazon has really put me in a predicament because I have checks coming out that’s going to bounce. Nobody are at customer service can give me a clear answer. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
