Another unknown number is added in place of my primary number. My number was changed to a child add on number  under a primary number which I don’t know.

I did not get any notification or message regarding the same. I am not able to avail the services under airtel thanks app as a different primary number is using it.  In spite of raising lot of complaints and repeated follow ups no action is taken.
