I had engaged the services of Woodland Logistics(https://www.woodlandlogistics.co.in/) for shifting my belongings specifically bed. Initially, they quoted a price of 3800. However, during the delivery, they demanded an additional 2800 without any valid reason.
The person handling my account, Sunder Singh, was unprofessional and unresponsive. He would not return my whatsapp chat on time and provided vague answers when contacted.
I request you to take action against Woodland Logistics for their unfair business practices and unprofessional behavior. I demand a refund of the excess amount paid and compensation for the distress caused.
