I had engaged the services of Woodland Logistics for shifting my Bed from Mumbai(Mulund West) Pickup was done on 11-Apr-2025 and delivery was in Bangalore. Initially, they quoted a price of 3800(screenshot attached of whatsapp conversation) I have already pay the money to the business(screen shot attached) . However, during the delivery, They gave a new quotation and demanded an additional 2800 without any valid reason.
The person handling my account, Sunder Singh, was unprofessional and unresponsive. He would not return my whatsapp message on time and provided vague answers when contacted. No live tracking or any other information was provided delivery time quoted was 2-3 days and after 7 days no response.
I request you to take action against Woodland Logistics for their unfair business practices and unprofessional behavior. I demand to get my product delivered without being required to pay any additional amount.
