I ordered a CMF buds from Flipkart on 27 April 2024 and received it on 28 April 2024. I like this product but when I checked it after a few days, it’s price was down from INR 2299 to INR 1999. I tried to contact customer support from the order page but it was of no good. Then I went to X (formally, Twitter) and they reached me and said they can’t do anything about it. I just want the discounted price as a refund. And also, there is no way in my sight from which I can contact the seller, BTPLD seller, so that I could explain my problem.
