Text of Complaint by Sonali kumari:

I bought a prestige mixer grinder on 15th Feb 2025 and it was not working. After that I lodged a complaint on 15th Feb 2025 and their technician came to repair and told us that motor will be replaced. The motor is not available so he will order it from the company. But now it has been more than 10 days there is no solution . Everyone from the customer care is saying it will take time. I ordered it for my infant child feeding blended food. Now I can’t purchase new one , what I will do with two mixers. Prestige company is denying replacement if the process is taking time.
