Text of Complaint by Divya:

  1. I had ordered product on amazon portal on 6th early morning for prestige mixer grinder. It was supposed to be delivered in one day as prime member. on 7th I get a call asking for address but delivery agent just disconnect the call without even Hearing me out.
  2. my sister checks on the app and tells me that the product is delivered however after reaching home n after checking with neighbors the product was not found. I had ordered this product to gift it to my friends wedding on sat n was supposed to travel but just bcos of this things turned worst.
    I reached out to call center and spoke to Roshni, Sairam on 7th aug n on 8th with surya. But no use as they were keep repeating the same thing just like an IVR option.
  3. Even now there is no solution provided, neither they tried who is the delivery agent nor they gave me any info about the product wherabouts
  4. As per Roshni n Sairam I would hv got my refund on 8th morning but not even a msg or a mail regarding this issue and it has become mental trauma on following up with them in such matter. And surya, said tht it is falsely updated as delivered n will be delivered within 11th August when I really wanted it on 7th August.
    It is actually taking toll on my health mentally. I am literally tired of begging n pleading with these guys for the mistake of ordering the product.
