Dear Sir,
I mrs Jayaprada Das had order Prestige Deluxe Glass Stainless Manual Gas Stove 8th November ref order id – OD113819270947586000 while receiving the product the product was slite damaged and while my mom is cooking at that time the gas stove glass is blast my mom is injured during she was cooking so i want a justice from flip-kart company & prestige group how they are so irresponsible before delivery the product .it is manufacturing defect product so i want refund my money and i request don’t buy a product from flip-kart they selling very wastage product to the customer so i request to consumer court please help me and i want my double full money against the purchase of product .The glass is blast and my mom hand got damaged so i request please do a justice at you end.
