I bought a flipkart smart buy pressure cooker (3+5 litres) on July, the product was made with very cheap quality steel ,the handle got dislocated with in 3 months only after using 3 times. I called the flipkart customer care and raised a complaint as the product is still in warranty, but tbey said they couldn’t do anything and asked me to contact service centre of the cooker. Mind you I bought the cookers because I trusted flipkart abd it was under flipkart smartbuy.
I called service centre person several times after a long time they responded and asked me to send the cooker for return ,eventhough only lid is damaged ,they asked me to send entire cooker to a shiprocket delivery guy. I have given the product to the delivery person on October 25th ,after 3 days I asked them regarding the update and no they misplaced my product and not responding .
Flipkart promised me many times that tbey will help me if the service guy denied any help and now tbey are speaking very rudely and I lost my entire product trusting these guys.
I lost my time,money,product and patience .on the top of that I had to listen to the rude behaviour of the customer service. Please help me resolve this .
