I am using Airtel from last 5 to 6 years, validity of my Airtel no was of 2032 but suddenly my validity was changed to dec 2018 .
It is not affordable for common people to spend INR 35 monthly only to keep sim working and we can’t use various services without mob.no.
Not everyone need unlimited call and 1GB /day data and spend INR 35 for nothing.
When I bought sim I was told if I don’t use my number for 6 consecutive months then sim will be deactivated but this is also not happened with me , I use this number regularly and also recharged whenever I required. Then how AIRTEL can suspend my service before the given date.
- So, I request to charge as high as possible or cancel license if possible because Airtel or any operator can’t force any customer to use their service and then charge gir it.
