When i purchased Airtel Prepaid SIM card that SIM card validity was nearly 2039 or 2040. Suddenly i got below message without any information on existing Customer.
I feel this is incorrect policy from Airtel and tackling the customer. Can you please check this issue?
“Pack validity for Airtel no 9503819843 will expire on 23-Nov-18 & outgoing services will stop. Recharge with RC35 or more for continued services.Dial*121*51#”
