my Airtel No. 9893071323 is a prepaid no. working since last 20 years, having life time validity sim till now I was getting validity date till 2037. today at 4:29 pm a alert message has been received stating that outgoing services will be stopped on 01.12.2018 and validity has been fixed till 16.12.2018
Sir, till last 20 years I am using and availing the incoming and outgoing calls without validity fixing validity till 16.12.2018 is against the terms when I purchased having Life time offer and validity till your licence 2037 now fixing the validity is wrong and against the terms and condition kindly rectify and convey me
