Prepaid | Unable to claim Free Amazon Prime Membership on the monthly data pack & use new 4G data pack after the daily limit on the existing pack is over
Details for Issue 1:
I am a Gold member & recharged with truly unlimited pack of Rs 349, validity for 28 days on 16th May 2020 which includes 2GB data/ day, free Amazon Prime Membership along with other benefits for the time period.
However, Discover airtelThanks banner shows that it is activated but in reality i am not able to claim it.
Details for Issue 2:
My daily highspeed data limit was 100% over, showing 0.0 MB data left on the above mentioned pack i.e., truly unlimited pack of Rs 349, validity for 28 days which includes 2GB data/day in the Airtel Thanks app.
So i recharged with 4G data pack for Rs 98 with 12 GB data & validity for 28 days in the evening same day but i am not able to use it.
Please provide me the solutions for the following issues:
Issue 1: How can i actually claim the free Amazon Prime Membership offered with Rs 349 pack?
Issue 2: When the daily limit on the current data pack is over, how can i use the new internet pack before the expiry of the current Data pack ?
Hope that the Airtel team will step in with a proper solutions to the above issues asap.
