I recently converted from prepaid to post and before converting i had a prepaid validity around 73 days with unlimited calls and in airtel website says that if we convert we wont lose the balance in prepaid that will be given in postpaid bill amount, now after converting to post paid they are playing games like that plans not covered and all.
if i ask why is it not mentioned on website means no proper answer.
