On May 13, 2019 at around 8 PM, have lost my mobile having airtel PREPAID SIM with number 9448377080.
Immediately, have visited Airtel retailer near by area and applied for the duplicate SIM.
However, next day came to know from the retailer that application is rejected and was directed to visit airtel stores in Rajaji Nagar.
Visited airtel stores in Rajajji Nagar,Bangalore ( Opp to Ram Mandir) and came to know that, they are unable to issue the duplicate SIM as my name is not appearing at one place in their system against my number. Am surprised to note the same as Airtel have never pointed out the same to me at any given point of time either during recgarges or while taking 4G SIM. Am with airtel for last 9 years.
This problem needs to corrected by airtel team and not by customer.
Have sent series of e mails to customer service dept, but there is no proper response. Have already lost about 6 days.
Request you to look into this case and resolve at the earliest, as am in need of the PRE PAID SIM urgently as am using the same for long-time.
