Two recharges were made on my Airtel prepaid mobile number
19 Feb 2022 09:06:00 (First transaction) Rs. 99/-
and
19 Feb 2022 09:07:00 (Second transaction) Rs. 99/-
Both of the transactions were made on the same day 19th Feb 2022.
But unfortunately I find one recharge becomes useless as my outgoing service expires.
But that should work.
I RECHARGED FOR 99+99=198/- AND GOT NEITHER THE BENEFIT FOR THAT AMOUNT OF TALKTIME NOR IT CONTINUED FOR NEXT 28 DAYS (After one recharge is expired).
AFTER EACH CALL I WAS SHOWN THAT THE TALKTIME WAS DEDUCTED FROM THE AMOUNT OF RS. 99/- (NOT FROM RS. 198/-).
Airtel Customer Care and Higher Authority say that is the policy. They may take money; but service is not guarranteed.
