Text of Complaint by Dipak Kumar Pradhan:

on receipt of notification for recharging my mobile via ao airtel notification, through the site notified in the app I have paid ₹598 for recharge of my mobile through net banking from my sbi account on 26/7/2021. Again today after the expiry of my validity today i failed to make futher calls and in voice message notified to recharge. As my making calls was more important I again recharged ₹249 in same process again. To my surprise though the amounts were transferred from my account to airtel i did not have the recharge benifit and again recharged with ₹219 going to the airtel sight from gogle explore. Please look into the matter and enable me to get the benefit. A early responce is expected being an old and senior citizen customer of airtel.
