I had recharged my prepaid mobile for 84 days when there was 1 day left in my previous pack, but it started from the same day and was shown as 83 days left from the same day onwards. The same happened for my wifes’s prepaid, i recharged for 84 days when there was 4 days left, but it started from the same day and the 4 days were deducted without any notification. When sending mails to 121@airtel.com, they reply saying my number is not linked with the email id and asked me to call 121. I’ve been using this number and the same email id for the past 15 years, and never they said its not linked. While calling 121 theres no option to link number and mobile id rather theres no option to speak to an executive, i wasted almost 1 hour trying to connect to an executive in 121. This is very disappointing. Please find a resolution for the same. Kindly help, Airtel is cheating us with their recharge packs.
