Respected Sir/Madam
I would like to draw your attention toward current Airtel plan of recharge of Rs 35, which is mandatory to subscriber to recharge with minimum of Rs. 35 every month failing which our sim will be deactivated. But its our freedom of choice to recharge out prepaid sim when necessary. Airtel is forcing us to recharge every month. I am against current decision taken by airtel as they are thinking of only their profit. They are treating prepaid customers as postpaid customers please look into this matter and take necessary steps.
