As I was travelling to Dubai, I had to put international ROAMING Pack of 3997/- Indvertently, I had visited Airtel website and recharged for 3995/- on 15/10/2018, instead of 3997/- I had rechrged the correct amount after that. I have been mailing Airtel and received calls as well but they refused to refund the amount, they told they will credit as talk time which is of no use to me as I rechrge for 399/- unlimited pack once I am back to India. So talktime of 3995/- would go waste. But , as per the latest communication over phone with customer care ppl, they told that refund as talktime also not possible.
Want an immediate redressal for this issue as the sum involved is huge.
