Hi,
I previously had recharged with Airtel for Rs 2498/- which provides 2gb/day for 365 days. As I found the data insufficient, I had to make an other recharge for extra data per day. I contacted the Airtel customer service (Diksha S) and confirmed about the Rs 448/- pack which gives 3gb/day for 28 days that it would run parallelly with my current pack and I would effectively get 5gb/day, but after recharging I see that the 3gb/day plan is getting queued and will only get activated after the expiry of 2gb/day plan which is 265 days from now. I had contacted the Airtel customer service again about the issue, and they accepted that the mistake is from their side, but they said they can’t do anything about it and now I have to bear the consequences of their mistake. Please help me resolve the issue and get what I paid for and what was promised to me over the call. I’m attaching Main Account Balance page from Airtel app which contains the active packs and upcoming packs for the reference. Thanks.
