Dear Concerned,
I an writing this complaint to bring to you kind notice that on 17.04.20 I got my number 9910743439 recharged through my sbi debit card. of Rs.209( Rs.40 off on Rs. 249)
for 28 days 1.5gb data per day.
My recharge of my airtel number is showing 0 balance I need to recharge again. I have marked a mail to omudsman@airtel.in this morning stating my complaint, but haven’t heard any answer or reply from them till now.
My outgoing call facility is barred and unable to use the services.
I am again writing to address my complaint to resolve my complaint despite my recharge done yesterday of my mobile number 9910743439.
Awaiting your reply on this subject matter on priority as I am sensing some fraud and cheating happened with me.
