A recharge was made to the number +91-7708475076 (under the name Venkatraman S) for an amount of Rs 45 under the pack “Smart Recharge: Rs 45; 28 Days” on May 17, 2020 at 7:35 PM. However, we are not able to avail both the text and call service according to the tariff. Please assist us on this.
