Hi team,
I have doe prepaid recharge for the number 9618119399 from My Airtel APP and my number is 8056059294. Actually yesterday morning around 8.15 i have done prepaid recharge of 199 plan and after getting to know that it has not activated again at around 6.30pm i have done the recharge with the same plan to the same number. Again the plan has not been activated but only the amount got deducted for two times of 199. I would like to know the reason for not happening and again i wanted to escalate that even the customer care is not solving the problem when we are raising the concern.
Please let me know what needs to be done to refund the amount, if this is not the correct option to reach please let me know the mail id to escalate the issue.
