I’ve tried recharging the number 9380727388 in the amount of Rs. 155 on Apr 25, 2022 through UPI, transaction shows successful however the recharge is done till date.

In order to check the same I’ve reached out to Airtel Store – Madipakkam (600 117) and got an response stating that they’re unable to locate where the amount of Rs. 155 went into and advised me to allow 7 – 10 business days to see if the amount gets reversed to my Bank Account.

Till now I’ve not got amount reversed to my bank account, on May 21, 2022 I again went to Airtel Store – Ekkatuthangal (600032) and again again got the same response stating they are incapable to locating the amount.

Service Req. No. CONRC3CHN20220515737098 shows as closed however there is no option to view the resolution provided. Ekkatuthangal rep checked the status of the service req and stated the same response of even the Online agent is not able to locate the details.

I’m surprised of service / applications that you that none of your online and offline agents are not able to locate the amount that is not completed for a customer. If no can locate the amount then do I need to request to TRAI or Cyber Cell for finding the amount?

For the very first time I received a canned response from a Store agent, she is not even trying to understand what I’m trying to stay. I said I work for HDFC and confirmed her that there is no trace of transaction but still she is giving same template response verbally and surprised me.

Additional Information:
No UPI transaction details is found in the HDFC server.
Bank account that is linked to Gpay do not have any reversed amount.
