I have paid an amount of Rs. 587 (599-12) vide Transanction ID 345590718 and order ID BUYPRV_2188440448 on 17.03.2021 at about 12.30 P.M. But my mobile has NOT been activated with the amount till now. I informed over customer case executive also.
