Hi,
I made a Airtel prepaid recharge of Rs.49 for my dad mobile number. Although I have received confirmation message from airtel that recharge done and is processed. Confirmation will be available in 4 hours. Recharge confirmation was not received and my recharge was also not reflecting. When I tried calling customer service both 121 and 198, they were saying all the options that they can, but nowhere giving an option to speak to another human. I tried raising my complaint through airtel app, but submit button was not working and I mentioned about them concerns on play store. No one from airtel team has turned back. After went into much depression, I tried sending a mail to airtel team and it is almost a week still I have not even received complaint number from them. I feel like airtel looted my money and doing all the things that can do by not allowing me to speak to customer service and by not responding to my email.
Please help this is giving me very much mental depression.
