Text of Complaint by Priyanka Singhal:

Airtel prepaid recharge was done on 15/04/2020 and since then 58 mails have been marked but no revert

 

Confirmation required for Prepaid recharge – Ref ID 2004151210706 — Mobile Number – 9015388254

Payment was done using Amazon Wallet through Airtel website. After lot of struggle I got a complaint number on 05/07/2020 as stated below, but no revert till yet. TAT of customer complaint already breached

CONRC30705888572 and the same would be resolved by 08-07-2020 at 01:15 PM.”
