Text of Complaint by Sarvesh Upadhyay:

I recharged my prepaid mobile (9731503109) using Airtel mobile app with Rs. 149/- on 12th April, 2020 and made the payment through paytm wallet.
Airtel app shows msg recharged failed but amount got deducted from my paytm wallet.
I raised a complaint in Paytm and they replied amount debited from my account and credit in Airtel with order no: 2004121324455.
They asked to talk to Airtel with the order no. I sent email to Airtel at 121@in.airtel.com but didn\’t get any reply. Called call center but they said they can\’t do anything. I twittered at @Airtel_Presence but they are also not able to help me.
